Why should you sign-up for eStatements?

Why wait for your statement to arrive by regular mail when you can save time and paper with eStatements?  An eStatement is an electronic version of your bank statement that contains all the same information but saves paper and frees up storage space.  eStatements are a safe, secure way to view your account statements.  You can access your eStatements in Online Banking for up to twelve months, and for added convenience, you can choose to save your statements to your home computer or print it for future reference.

What happens once I enroll?

Upon receipt of your consent, we will prepare an electronic statement for your account(s) on the 8th of every month. We will provide you with a reminder which will be sent to a working email address that you have provided us. This email will come from customercare@e-dfg.com . You will no longer receive a paper statement.

To access your statement, you must be a registered user of our iConnect online banking service.  You will be required to login to iConnect with your Access ID and Password to view, download and/or print the electronic statement.  It is your responsibility to protect your iConnect Access ID and Password from unauthorized persons.  You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the electronic statement or notice cannot be viewed by others.
